01. About the University
Hebei University of Technology, located in Tianjin, is one of China’s first universities selected as a national “Project 211” key university and is also included in the national “Double First-Class” initiative. It is one of the earliest higher education institutions in modern China dedicated to training professionals for industry.

2026年经教育部批准,河北工业大学与英国利物浦大学联合设立利物浦学院。学院依托中英两校深厚办学底蕴与优质教育资源,搭建中西融合的国际化育人平台,开展本科与硕士研究生双层次培养,紧扣人工智能、高端制造等国家战略产业需求,开设六个优势本科专业、四个优质硕士专业,全力打造国际化师资团队,培育具备全球竞争力的新工科高层次专业人才。
02. About the College
In 2026, with the approval of the Ministry of Education of China, Hebei University of Technology and the University of Liverpool jointly established Liverpool College, Hebei University of Technology. Drawing on the strong educational traditions and high-quality academic resources of both institutions, the College is committed to building an international education platform that integrates Chinese and Western educational strengths.
The College offers both undergraduate and master’s degree programs, closely aligned with national strategic industrial needs in areas such as artificial intelligence and high-end manufacturing. It currently offers six competitive undergraduate programs and four high-quality master’s programs. The College is dedicated to building an international faculty team and cultivating high-level professionals in emerging engineering fields with global competitiveness.
三、招聘岗位及计划
1. 专业专任教师:讲授电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术(人工智能方向)、高分子材料与工程、生物医学工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、机器人工程本科专业相关课程,每专业各3人;
2. 基础课教师:数学类基础课2名、物理类基础课1名、计算机类基础课1名。
3. 英语教师:6人。
03. Recruitment Positions and Vacancies
Full-time Faculty Members for Discipline-Specific Courses
Successful candidates will teach undergraduate courses related to the following fields:
Electronic Information Engineering
Computer Science and Technology, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence
Polymer Materials and Engineering
Biomedical Engineering
Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation
Robotics Engineering
Three positions are available for each field.
Foundation Course Instructors
Foundation courses in mathematics: 2 positions
Foundation courses in physics: 1 position
Foundation courses in computer science: 1 position
English Instructors
English instructors: 6 positions
四、主要岗位职责
所有岗位均需胜任全英文授课,依托教学平台完成日常教学管理,打造以学生为中心的互动式课堂,积极参与课程建设、教学改革与教研活动,配合开展学生培养、竞赛指导及相关课外教学工作。各岗位核心职责如下:
1. 专业专任教师:承担本科专业课程教学,创新教学模式,助力专业建设与学科发展。
2. 基础课教师:承担工科数学、物理、计算机类通识基础课及实验教学,指导学生学科竞赛与实践创新。
3. 英语教师:负责学术英语听、说、读、写课程教学,开展学情测评、课外语言实践活动,参与英语课程研发与教研工作。
04. Position Responsibilities
All positions require the ability to teach effectively in English, use teaching platforms to support day-to-day teaching management, and create student-centered, interactive learning environments. Successful candidates are also expected to actively participate in curriculum development, teaching reform, and pedagogical research activities, as well as support student development, provide guidance for student competitions, and contribute to related extracurricular teaching activities.
The core responsibilities of each position are as follows:
Full-time Faculty Members for Discipline-Specific Courses
Teach undergraduate discipline-specific courses, develop innovative teaching methods, and contribute to program development and disciplinary growth.
Foundation Course Instructors
Teach foundation and laboratory courses in mathematics, physics, and computer science for engineering students, and guide students in academic competitions and practical innovation activities.
English Instructors
Teach EAP courses focusing on academic listening, speaking, reading,and writing; conduct student learning assessments; organize extracurricular language practice activities; and participate in English curriculum development and pedagogical research.
五、任职基本要求
所有岗位均要求师德端正、无不良记录,具备良好沟通能力与团队协作精神,能适配国际化办学氛围;有海外学习、任教或多元文化教学经验者优先。各岗位核心条件如下:
05. Job Requirements
All candidates should demonstrate strong professional ethics, have no criminal record or history of professional misconduct, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work effectively in an international educational environment. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas study or teaching experience, or experience in multicultural teaching contexts.
The core requirements for each position are as follows:
Faculty Members for Discipline-Specific Courses and Foundation Course Instructors
Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field, be able to teach effectively in English, and demonstrate the ability to develop innovative teaching practices.
English Instructors
Candidates should be native speakers of English, hold a bachelor’s degree or above in TESOL or a related field, and have at least one year of experience teaching academic English in higher education at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
六、岗位待遇
1. 合同制聘用,双方共同商定签约年限,可续签。
2. 提供具有国际竞争力的薪酬待遇,年薪最高可达90万元人民币(税前),具体薪资面议。
06. Salary and Benefits
Positions are offered on a contractual basis. The contract duration will be determined by mutual agreement and may be renewed.
The College offers internationally competitive remuneration. The annual salary may reach RMB 900,000 before tax. Specific salary arrangements will be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
